The Friday evening sale features paintings by Pierre Bittar, Jean Pierre DuBord, Jan Pawlowski, Eleanor Maurice, William Jameson, Irene Pages, and Alain Rousseau along with antique leather-bound books from the Estate of Eric Stroh, Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan. Additionally, from private collectors, beautiful Shibayama ivory vases and a signed Satsuma bowl; a Baker mahogany breakfront, sideboard, and dining table with chairs; a large carousel horse after Charles Looff; Monte Nagler photographs and lithographs by Erte, Raphael Soyer, Richard Bishop and John Stobart; an Ernest Ferrand bronze sculpture; 19th century English Staffordshire figures; Wyatt Earp and Al Capone autographs; a Smith & Wesson revolver and circa 1880 U.S. cavalry swords; as well as fine jewelry and a variety of vintage costume jewelry.
